How we work
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. This helps us tailor our services to meet your specific needs. This can take place virtually and is non-binding. You can ask anything you want, and we will provide you with as much information as possible. At this time, we will also discuss your legal wedding wishes. Are you getting legally married in your home country or do you wish or need to do that in Spain as well. And if the latter, do you need support?
2. Proposal & Timeline
Based on our consultation, we create a customized proposal with the services and planning. After your approval, this forms the basis from which we will start the planning process and preparations. But first…
3. Location, Location, Location
…we will find and secure the location. It is best if you can make a personal visit. We will already have created a shortlist together and put these locations on hold. After your visit, you will choose your ideal wedding location.
4. Preparation and Planning
Once the date and location are set, we begin the detailed planning process, coordinating with all suppliers, arranging hotels and accommodations, finalizing contracts, and incorporating everything into a detailed schedule. Every step of your day(s) will be planned and coordinated in detail.
5. Regular Updates
Throughout the planning process, we will have regular contact to keep you informed and are always available to answer your questions. We believe in transparent communication to ensure everything is on track. We will monitor your costs and keep you updated.
6. Final Preparations and Tastings
A few months before the big day, we will delve further into the details, and it is advisable to visit Valencia again. During this visit, we can arrange tastings with the caterer and for the wedding cake, schedule a hair and makeup trial session, conduct a walkthrough of the day at the location, and have a personal meeting with the master of ceremonies. As the big day approaches, we finalize all details, conduct rehearsals, and ensure everything is in place for a flawless event.
7. Day-of Coordination
On the day of your wedding or anniversary, we will, of course, be there. We ensure that you only need to enjoy and not worry about anything. We will coordinate and manage everything on-site. We will be the point of contact and troubleshooters for you and your guests. Nothing is too much for us to ensure you have an unforgettable and worry-free celebration.
